shipping policy

Bisou Antwerp offers shipping within Europe. Our shipping costs depend on your country destination. Please be aware that during collection launches, sale periods and covid-19 or holidays it may take longer to prepare and deliver your order. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed off by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund. If you chose to pick up your parcel do not forget to collect it, otherwise your parcel will be shipped back to Bisou Antwerp and we will charge all the return costs. Our delivery times are listed below. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding. Delays can always occur due to holidays, Covid-19 or other matters related to our extern couriers. Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday to Thursday (except on holidays). We cannot be held responsible for consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service we use. If your package got lost because of a wrong entered address we are not able to refund your order. If a product is currently unavailable or out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible to provide you with a new delivery date. If the customer doesn't agree with this delay, the order can be cancelled or the customer can order an alternative product, with a new invoice if the price isn't equal. BELGIUM AND NETHERLANDSShipping costs: €6Delivery time: 3-7 working days OTHER EU COUNTRIESShipping costs: 10€Delivery time: 5-14 working days OUTSIDE EUROPEIf you wish to order from Bisou outside Europe please sent us an e-mail and we will try to ship your favorite items. returns or exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 7 days of receipt. If the products are returned more than 7 days after the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Until your refund is in order, please keep proof of the return with date in case we need to verify. Bisou Antwerp do not cover return shipping costs, the customer is fully responsible for all additional costs regarding the retour. A refund may take up to 30 days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse. We offer a refund, exchange & credit notes for items purchased at full price only. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused in perfect condition with tags intact and unbroken. If we notice any damage, missing items/boxes/piouches or usage to a returned product we have the right not to accept this returned item and a refund will be declined. An amount of €10 will be deducted from your refund. Please enclose your proof of purchase in the original packaging. The return of products is completely digital. To return or exchange your order, fill in our contact form with a clearly stated refund request. Once received we can give you clear instructions to send the jewellery back. Bisou Antwerp will not be held responsible for any loss or damaging of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded. The customer is fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs, which will not be refunded. We also are not responsible for any additional costs. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE. DUE TO HYGIENE REGULATIONS ITEMS SUCH AS EARRINGS AND HEADPIECES ARE EXCLUDED FROM ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE.

When Bisou Antwerp has received and inspected your package, we will send you an email to notify you about the status and let you know whether the return is approved or not. Please keep in mind that a refund may take up to 30 days. The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment. If you haven't received a refund please check your bank account again or contact your bank. Processing refunds between several banks can take longer before officially posted.
