Our delivery times are listed below. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding. Delays can always occur due to holidays, Covid-19 or other matters related to our extern couriers. Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday to Thursday (except on holidays).
We cannot be held responsible for consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service we use. If your package got lost because of a wrong entered address we are not able to refund your order.
If a product is currently unavailable or out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible to provide you with a new delivery date. If the customer doesn't agree with this delay, the order can be cancelled or the customer can order an alternative product, with a new invoice if the price isn't equal.

OUTSIDE EUROPE
If you wish to order from Bisou outside Europe please sent us an e-mail and we will try to ship your favorite items. Be aware of a larger shipping cost, additional government duties and custom fees.
Bisou Antwerp do not cover return shipping costs, the customer is fully responsible for all additional costs regarding the retour. A refund may take up to 30 days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused in perfect condition with boxes intact and unbroken. If we notice any damage, usage, missing items/boxes/pouches or usage to a returned product we have the right not to accept this returned item and a refund will be declined. An amount will be deducted from your refund. Please enclose your proof of purchase in the original packaging.
Exchanging products isn't possible. If you ordered the wrong product or want to exchange a product you'd have to return your current order and place a new one.
Bisou Antwerp will not be held responsible for any loss or damaging of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the amount to be refunded. The customer is fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs, which will not be refunded. We also are not responsible for any additional costs.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE. DUE TO HYGIENE REGULATIONS ITEMS SUCH AS EARRINGS AND HEADPIECES ARE EXCLUDED FROM ANY REFUND/EXCHANGE.
Send us an email on info@bisouantwerp.com to notify us from your return with your order number and reason of retour. Returning orders can be done by shipping your order back to us at our company address. Buy a shipping label with a track and trace code. All costs are covered by the customer. Bisou Antwerp will not provide a return label and is not responsible for lost packages and therefore will not refund that order (without proof of track & trace or shipment information about the loss).
